這款益智遊戲由香港消防處精心製作，分為以下三個部分：

任務挑戰 – 玩家要「分秒必爭」地向消防通訊中心報告突發事故，亦可扮演控制台操作員的角色執行職務。透過挑戰各種任務，訓練角色成為專業的控制台操作員。

教育圖冊 – 運用大量色彩豐富圖像，讓玩家重溫重要資訊，以及認識「調派及通訊組」的工作。

報案須知 – 提供實用貼士及知識錦囊，提示報案時須注意的事項。

Exquisitely designed by the Hong Kong Fire Services Department, this educational game consists of three parts:

Mission Challenge – Requires players to race against the clock to report emergency incidents to the Fire Services Communications Centre and perform the duties of a Console Operator. By accomplishing various missions, challenging your character to become a professional Console Operator.

Education Gallery – Complete with numerous colourful graphics, allow players to review important information and learn about the functions of the Mobilizing and Communications Group.

Call For Help – Contains practical tips and points to note when making emergency calls.
