This app has great customer reviews and it is for learning the vocabulary and kanji required for all five levels of the JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test).

• includes over 2000 kanji cards
• includes over 7000 vocabulary cards
• users may choose which individual cards are included in drills from each deck

These decks do NOT contain romaji because using romaji is a really bad idea if you're serious about learning Japanese. Learn Hiragana, you'll be glad you did. (There’s an app for that)

During a drill...
• get a card right and it's taken out, get it wrong and it's shuffled back in
• add more cards to the drill as you gradually learn the whole deck
• swipe gestures for quick drilling
• go back if you need to recheck a card

All the decks are free and included in the app.

Regular practice and review is the only way to prepare for the JLPT.

We found some issues with the old decks, so we redid them all from scratch. There are over 10,000 cards.
For each JLPT level there are now decks for kanji reading and meaning, kanji keywords, and vocabulary.

We added the "Just the Card" feature (drill in full screen view in landscape mode).
And we added Multiple Choice drills.
