Minor patch to address an issue that some users experienced when selecting 'None' for cardio in the daily check-in. This patch also addresses on-going issues from ios 17.0.1 onwards for some users with multiple choice options in their weekly check-in.

This patch addresses issues with the app crashing when access any of the dialogs, menus or selects. This stems from a change Apple introduced with iOS 17.0.1 and up, that affects Safari.

A patch to re-enable Help centre and improve app update feature. This patch also addresses an issue with the vault whereby some users were unable to open larger files. Download speeds are also improved for vault files, along with an added progress indicator.

Version 2 of the app, which now includes notifications, improved gallery and vault, and a number of bug fixes. This update also includes automatic checks for app updates that will be shown on load.
