Unfortunately absolutely useless. Not worth money paid for it. Just a few poses. Every time asking for upgrate just for 229$ (which is nonsens)!
Try All-in Yoga app instead. It's free and much more informative.

And 2 of them (Adho mukha svanasana and Navasana) not opening and crashes the app
