Unfortunately you can’t set this app to use body weight only. After week 3 the exercises will require sport equipment.

Хотелось вернуть оплаченные тренировки
Оплатила тренировки 2$+ стоимостью, зависла программа, при открытии мутный экран. После переустановки оплаченные тренировки удалились. Теперь нужно покупать снова. На русском нет, надеюсь перевод появится, хотя и так можно понять.

Не плохое приложение , а ещё и бесплатно можно заниматься . Посмотрим какой будет результат , так как только начал . Поставлю 5 звёзд если добавят русский язык , и так конечно все понятно но на русском было бы проще гораздо . и даже можно было бы купить и про версию если на русском все будет )
