Just perfecting the instructions for entering the activation codes of this year's A+ Card... along with minor other tweaks :)

Fixed a missing asset that was causing the app to crash when the search bar was pressed

Fixed a critical bug that disabled users from accessing the app after January 2021

Added the NEW coupon of the week functionality! This function allows users to present digital coupons to various businesses listed during the week displayed and redeem any available offers!!!

Condensed the setup and settings screen by removing the option to select by county
Fixed broken link to the A+ Card webpage

1) Resolved an issue causing the dismiss keyboard button to reappear on the map in various cases
2) Resolved unusual overlay transparencies
3) Updated text describing the purpose of notifications based on location
4) Reformatted text alignment on the location preferences set-up page
