- Create "Notebooks" for different aspects of your life.
- View a Monthly calendar of your progress.
- Easily input your daily data.
- See a bar graph of your progress.
- Set your goals in each notebook.
- Your data is stored online and syncs with multiple devices.

- Create custom notebooks to track anything. You are no longer limited to Sleep, Exercise, and Water.
- Edit previous day's data. This is useful if you forgot to input your data.
- Set goals. When you reach your daily goal, the day will be green. If not, it will be red on the calendar.

- The home screen has been revamped and now includes images.
- The settings menu now includes links to my other apps.
