For Counsellors and Students:

Under Students:

● A new Academic Achievement section. Here you can enter your student’s
academic results. These will automatically populate into the Grade Match filter on
the desktop application and when doing a course search will show suitable
options tailored to your student’s grades.

Under Documents:
●For your convenience, Document Manager is now on the app. View each document
type organised under the relevant document category (Application, Acceptance and
Visa) and then scan or upload the required document directly on your phone. We
have also implemented a ‘find’ facility in Document Manager so you can easily locate
the document type you are looking for.

Up to 10 documents are shown in the Documents screen under ‘Mandatory
Application Documents’ for you to upload. Use the View All link to view all
documents in all categories (e.g. Application, Acceptance and Visa).

For Students:

Under Personal Information:

●Access Casita’s Accommodation directory under Applications when student’s
application has been submitted

Adding the ability for you to select Onshore Status when adding or editing students will ensure that when you use the desktop platform app the course search is tailored for your student. We have also included a ‘Where did you hear about us?’ field to help you gather useful data for your advertising and marketing purposes.

Finding what you need has never been easier!
When you are looking for the information you need while adding or editing a student, simply type in one or two characters and make a selection from the find results.

Casita’s accommodation recommendations at your fingertips
When your student’s application has been submitted, you can access Casita’s accommodation recommendations via a tap of your fingertips under Applications. Casita offers a gateway into a wealth of accommodation options for your students. The directory is completely free for you to use and provides details for over 1 million rooms in 52 countries!

Great new features when using Documents to save you time and make managing your student’s applications more convenient
You can now upload files including photos directly in the app. Following simple steps, you can upload these documents via the app and these will sync seamlessly with the Adventus.io desktop application.

In addition, you can easily view the document you just uploaded via the link in the Upload History.
