Two or more devices can join to same tps-id to exchange videos and/or audios.
A tps-id is a well-known identifier of a physical place, like a production line, or it can be generated on the fly, sharing it with the owners of the other devices to meet them.
A device can be a smart-glass, running a another version of this app, optimized for low-end hardware, a webrtc oriented browser like Chrome, running the web version of this app, and naturally a smartphone or tablet.
Some credentials (user/password) are required to the first device that joins the tps-id, so this app can be used only by authorized people.

Room name random generation has been removed.
