This is the official app of the American eHealth Collaborative. It will facilitate registration and implementation, and will also act as a primary communication and information delivery system. In this app you can find:
New Registration, Downloads, Social Contracting, Medical Questions, Book an Appointment, Emergency Text, Contact Us, and Video. This app is a supplement to the wellness programs that we offer. It is not a free-standing wellness app, by itself, and must be used in conjunction with one of our plans. To find out more, log onto www.AmericanEHealth.com and browse through our site.
