This version brings an update to the Home Screen and also removed the side bar menu. There was also a little bug that crept into the app when taking a test - the 'next' button didn't work as intended - this bug has been squashed. Happy Spelling!!

We had some issues with our buttons since iPadOS 14.5, but this has been fixed with this release.

After some feedback, I have redesigned the test view making it easier to know which question you are answering.
This builds on the previous update which introduced the ability to record a short audio clip to accompany the word to be spelt, letting the person taking the test hear the word being used.

This release fixes a nasty bug that could stop you saving any spellings!
We have also introduced the ability to record a short audio clip to accompany the spelling, to help differentiate between words that may sound similar. You can record a clip to use the word, to help the student with this (for example, you can record a clip to say "the sea is blue" so the student can tell it is the colour, and not the past tense of blow).

- Once you add a word, tap it, to start recording. Tap again, to stop.
- If you want to re-record the clip, just tap again.
- This clip is available to the student in the test view.

Please note, if you delete a test, all audio associated with that test will also be deleted.

This small update fixes a nasty little UI problem in the kids test list when it is empty. We also tweaked the test detail view for parents - you now get a pop-up message asking if you are sure you want to delete a test.

We fixed a little 'glitch' that was causing one of the list views to move off screed. The menu button has also appeared in the kids test list!
