I've also improved work with the Apple Watch so that it doesn't desynchronize so often, especially if the watch app becomes inactive.

Setting up new courses is now much easier with a quickstart of 9 or 18 holes!
Also, it's been bugging me how the Save button is below the keyboard for some later holes, so I've added a "Save" button on top of the keyboard as well.
