Do you have the Dark Tower board game but a broken tower or do you just want to play this classic anytime, anywhere? Well, now you can! With the sounds and graphics of the original, you can get back into the game. You can play the entire game on your device without needing the actual game or use it to replace your tower.

The iPad version features an on-screen score card.

- In previous versions, the chance of events happening when moving was purely a guess based on my memories of the game. Recently, I got ahold of a working tower and ran some tests. Now, the chance of events happening are closer to the original tower (though my guesses were pretty close!).
- The popovers are formatted much better now.
- When cursed, the "lost combat" sound effect now plays.
- Various other minor fixes.

It's been a while since the last update, so I thought Dark Tower needed a bit freshening up.

- All the buttons have been redesigned to be more thematic and consistent.
- Some really nifty voiceovers have been done for the various tips that pop up.
- Various other aesthetic changes have been done.
- For those who have the add-ons, you can start the game with either double gold or some of the items in your inventory. This will give you a better opportunity to try out some of the items. Especially the ones that stick it to your neighbors!

Magic Items!
The latest in-app purchase includes five magic items that help your or hinder your opponents. Some improvements have made as well to the virtual game experience:
- Opponent selection for network games has been redesigned.
- Popovers now appear in the proper spot when tapping on an item while in the Bazaar.
- Left and right arrow buttons have been added to the Bazaar so you can use them to navigate instead of the No/End button.
- Several other interface tweaks.

There was a problem in network games where the buttons wouldn't refresh quickly enough sometimes after a turn was taken thus keeping the Play available allowing a player to take multiple turns. Now the buttons stay hidden until the data is loaded from the server.
Fixed a rules conflict between Rescue the Princess and the Enemies & Helpers expansion.
