ARES is a tool thought and created to guide you in a 4 weeks routine specially focused on growing your chest - along with the triceps and shoulders - but also containing exercises for your biceps, back and legs!
ARES will not simply give you a bunch of workouts to be followed a month. It will explain to you what you are doing and why you are doing each one of the exercises and techniques. Don’t be mistaken, they will be probably harder than they look.
