New page under the Giving menu for admins to manage the ‘Donor Experience’
Gives admins the ability to control various aspects of the donor giving experience
Set a default suggested donation amount and additional amounts for a donor to choose from in the donor giving experience

Donors can receive their My Giving link via text message even when a campus phone number does not exist (AMP-15969, FIX#46.5.6)
