Hello 2019! This is the first of many updates to come this year. Here's what you may notice in this update:
- Brand new App Icon picker! You have a variety of icons to choose from if you don't like purple (but how could you not?).
- Don't know when the next time you have a class is, but your teacher said the homework is Assigned! for the next class meeting? There's now a button for that!
- Fixed a weird bug where schedule times would seemingly randomize for no reason. They've been taken to boot camp and should (hopefully) stick to their place. Sir yes sir!
- Obviously other bug fixes.

Welcome to Assigned! 3.0! A brand new design awaits you, with new features around every corner!
Here's what's new:
- A complete redesign of the experience! Assigned! 3.0 is much cleaner than ever before and is focused heavily around themes.
- A brand new Apple Watch app! Stay up to date with your assignments at the glance of your wrist, and even add assignments straight from the watch!
- Add the Assigned! complication to your watch face! One shows your next period/assignment and the other shows how many more assignments you need to complete for the day!
- The Today widget has been updated to show you the most relevant piece of information to you at any given time. During school, it will show your next period, but after school it will show your next assignment!
- Projects and Images have been moved to a new options menu in the add homework/tests view. Just swipe down to access them!
- Assigned! now comes with a variety of default themes to choose from!
- Speaking of themes, you can now set the specific color you want a theme to remember
- Setting the color of the app is now less restrictive
- New section in the Settings app with Special Thanks and Acknowledgements
- Option to Request a School to be supported for quicker setup in Assigned!
- Schools now show a general location
- Randolph High School Only: Genesis Support! Sign in to the app during setup to quickly import all your classes (Note: This feature is currently in beta and will be expanded to other schools later)

Time for another update to Assigned! This one is JAM-PACKED with bug fixes! The app should be more stable than ever before, and should run a bit faster too! Here is the full list of changes:
- The edit schedule view now extends past the home indicator on the iPhone X
- Fixed a bug that wouldn't mark a homework assignment complete when you finished a worksheet or reading assignment using the stepper
- You can now tap on a class in the edit class view to edit it instead of having to swipe left on it (you can still swipe left to reveal the edit and delete buttons)
- Auto-deletion of homework and tests after three days of completion uses the time it was marked complete as opposed to the beginning of the day
- Changed wording in Settings
- Matched the Notification preview image roundness to the details page
- Fixed a bug where marking a test studied while there was a test today in the today view crashed the app
- Fixed an issue where when tests were marked studied/unstudied via the details view the dialog would say the opposite action occured
- New ways of handling today's tests, you can now mark them as taken
- Fixed the edge of the month bug, where if it was the last day of the month, the date picker wouldn't say "tomorrow" and would only say the day of the week tomorrow would be
- Fixed a 3D touch shortcut bug that would take you to the schedule view instead of today's schedule
- Changed the color of description text in cells to gray to make it more visually appealing
- Added more indicators for when homework or tests have missing info

What's new in 2.0:
Version 2.0 brings a complete overhaul of the app. Seven months in the making, Assigned! 2.0 is packed full of new features, UI changes, and bug fixes, to the point where it feels like a brand new app entirely. Here are some things you can look forward to in this update:
- Brand new Today view that is the center of the app.
- Shows today's schedule, any homework that is due today or tomorrow, and tests that you need to study for (more on that later).
- Assigned! will now keep track of what the current day/week in the schedule is. If you ever have a day off, just swipe left in the schedule to set that day as the current day.
- Tap section headers to view more of a section
- Universal add button lets you add either homework or tests quickly
- Assigned! can now keep track of any tests that you may have coming up soon! You can specify when you want to be notified to study, what the test topic is, whether it is a quiz or a test, and what you need to study. As with homework, these can contain images as well.
- Introducing, Homework Projects! When adding homework, tap the new projects button to specify what type of homework it is. This can be from reading, worksheets, and more!

Welcome to version 1.1! Update to get these latest features:
- Homework can now have an image as its description! Now you can take a picture of the board and save it in the app!
- You can now mark homework complete directly from the widget.
- Version 1.1 now benefits from iOS 10's new notifications, just press harder on a notification to receive more information on that homework, or to mark it complete. You can also set the app to remind you in 30 minutes.
