Search for "Attendant for Zoom" to try a free version before your purchase. Easily manage audio/video, counts, raised hands, breakout rooms, chats, and your waiting room. Use Attendant as host/co-host while connected to a Zoom meeting from another device. Tap into these useful features:

PARTICIPANTS

Attendant now supports all Zoom logins, including from 3rd-party services. This update also address an issue joining meetings hosted by organizations that require a minimum Zoom version.
- Import and export your Always Rename and Always Admit lists.
- Added option to apply your Always Rename changes to a meeting that is already in progress. Just select "Apply Rename Changes" from the menu on the Participant tab.
- Waiting room/chat notifications will now play a sound and vibrate by default. You can control this through notification settings and/or the ringer switch/alert toggle
- Choose up to 6 columns of video on external displays
- New Comment Workflow audio option of Mute (for those who trigger the workflow at the end of a comment)
- A count of how many times auto mute has been used will now appear in Settings beneath the Auto Mute option

Introducing Always Admit. Tap on someone in the Waiting Room and choose Always Admit and a user with that name will automatically be admitted to future meetings. With great power comes great responsibility. Please remember that this applies to all future meetings while Attendant is running and that it is only based off the name being an exact match. You can edit your list later in Settings.

Also new:
- New long-press menu on recent meetings allow you to quickly join, share the meeting URL, or remove from the list.
- Fixed an issue where a participant would continue to be marked as the active speaker after someone else begins talking.
- Fixed an issue where sign in could get stuck if you had triggered sign out on all devices.

- Breakout Room Shuffle: use the shuffle function to automatically re-shuffle participants in breakout rooms.
- Always Rename: choose to always apply a name change when a participant joins a meeting. This means you can change it once and it will be applied across meetings.
- Auto Mute: someone being irresponsible with their microphone? Auto mute them and Attendant will attempt to mute their microphone whenever they unmute themselves.
- Video Quick Action: configure the quick action button on a participant's video. Choose between controlling the mic or camera, requesting a comment, or select none for a cleaner look.
- Breakout Room Cohost Assignment: when you choose auto assignment for the creation of new rooms, Attendant will attempt to evenly distribute co-hosts across rooms.
- Auto Rename on Reconnect: this feature is now optional. You may wish to turn this off if you have multiple users joining with the same name and they need to be renamed to different names.
