Assess your health state with the Harvard or Step test. After the workout, you can try the step test and understand your overall fitness status.
A new pie chart will help you to understand your total composition picture. Just tap on the Chart button in the Body section.

Interesting device
Now I can forget about my scales with BMI technology. Strap 2 shows same numbers but doesn’t take a place.

I would love to see more workout programs in the future, but so far, the app does the job. I like that I can track each body composition parameter separately and that for each there is a comparison with the general population.

Works fine
I am using this as an addition to my workouts and nutrition program, the goal of which is to lose 20 pounds of fat mass without losing muscle. I am close to reaching half so far, and with the strap, it’s easy to take the measurements daily. This app works fine for me as I can monitor the body composition values regularly.

I have scales but I can only use them at home. I found an idea to measure my body composition on the wrist interesting. DIdn't have high expectation about this Strap. I was surprised to see how accurate it is. Thing is that I can do the measurement any time and it cynics with my Apple Watch so all the data is never lost. Like this devices!
