Avail monitors changes in your well-being such as mood, energy, stress, and sleep quality using resilience check-ups. Avail then suggests personalized action plans and support resources to improve your well-being and help you be your best you.

Resilience Check-ups:
Use Avail's industry-first, resilience check-up to observe the many categories of your overall well-being. Avail identifies both potential areas of improvement and opportunities for personal growth.

Care Centre:
Anytime, online access to personalized support content, health professionals, your organization’s care network, and best-in-class crisis support.

Personalized Action Plan:
As you complete check-ups, Avail learns and personalizes your experience. If Avail identifies a potential issue, it guides you toward the support care options most helpful to you. This will help you address issues early on before they become a serious problem.
