Backrs creates networked communities of supporters around individual young people – communities that affirm youth and give caring adults a rewarding new way to connect and share. Adults in the Backrs community join a small team of backrs that provide resources and support for a protege, as well as a commitment to work with them towards achieving their aspirations.
