Welcome to the BE: Mental Fitness Training App.

This app is designed to help you awaken to your full potential through strategic mental fitness training and premium guided meditations.

You will learn to train your mind so you can create lasting fulfillment and peak performance.

The science is rooted in the vast capacity of our subconscious minds.

Most of us try to change the way we feel and perform through conscious effort alone.

This is an outdated strategy.

The conscious mind is very limited with a processing power of only 6 bits of information per second. Alternatively, your subconscious mind is immensely powerful with a processing power of over 40 million bits of information per second.

This app takes you through 8 phases of mental fitness training that will help you unlock the power of your subconscious mind so you can begin to control how you feel, how you behave and what you create in your life.

In addition, this app hosts my full library of transformational guided meditations.
