You can now define restricted areas on the map. Use these to prevent the route from passing certain roads or paths. To add a restricted or 'no-go' area press the no-go button on the route edit screen to enter no-go mode then press and hold on the map to define the location and the size of a circular area. No-go areas are ignored by the OSRM and Apple routing services.

* Added estimated duration to routes. This is a simple measure for the 'average' rider and will obviously not reflect your individual fitness level, traffic, riding style or wind and road surface conditions.
* Improvements to Cue Sheet screen. This can now be viewed whilst continuing to edit the route. The selected Cue Sheet instruction is highlighted on the map.
* More accurate selection of alternate routes. This fixes an issue where it was hard to select one of the alternate routes if it was close to another route or when zoomed out on the map.
* Waypoints are now numbered to make it easier to identify them on backtracked routes.
* Offset Turn Instructions. More fine grained control for when a turn instruction appears relative to junctions if you find that the default placement is too early or too late. Set this in Defaults -> Exporting Routes.
* Exporting defaults have been moved to the general defaults screen.

* We've added support for TCX files, both for importing and exporting. TCX files can include turn-by-turn instructions as well as a 'breadcrumb trail'. This is useful for GPS computers that do not automatically create turn-by-turn instructions while following a route. If you have a Wahoo cycle computer we recommend you try exporting routes as TCX to the Wahoo Elemnt Companion App in order to gain turn-by-turn instructions, Garmin users continue to use GPX.

* Better support for Round Trip routes. When creating a route select the start, and press the 'return' button to complete the route.
* Improvements when importing routes from other sources. Bike Routes will now insert waypoints along the imported route so that it can be edited easily, by dragging or inserting additional waypoints.
* We've removed the restriction of only 3 routes on the free version of Bike Routes. Upgrade to Bike Routes Premium to export routes to your on bike cycle computer.
* Swiping across the elevation chart now reveals the exact elevation.

* Satellite View. In addition to the default map view you can now view your route over a satellite image. This option is available on the new Map Options sheet accessed by pressing the diamond shaped button when editing a route.
* Alternate routes. The routing engine can now suggest two other routes in addition to the primary route. Currently alternate routes are only supported on the default BRouter routing engine. You can turn Alternate Routes on or off from the Map Options sheet.
* We've also moved the location maker toggle to the new Map Options sheet.

* iCloud Sync.
Your routes are now automatically backed up to iCloud. They are also synchronised between your iOS devices, so you can create routes on an iPad and see them on your iPhone or vice-versa. If you have already purchased the Upgrade for Unlimited Routes, just press 'Already Purchased' on the Upgrade screen to activate unlimited routes on each new device.
If you don’t want your routes saved to your iCloud account you can disable iCloud Sync from the Bike Routes settings.
* Distance markers.
We’ve added distance markers on the Route Edit screen so you can see at a glance the distance covered from the start at each stage of a route.
* Elevation Chart Improvements
Swipe left and right along the elevation chart when viewing or editing a route to see the exact elevation of a point along the route.
