PT Basic Subscription
Your PT will review your profile and design your initial program from scratch based off your current fitness level, previous experience and the information in your profile including your before photos. From here upon you completing your workouts they will review your results, answer your questions and begin to scale up and progressively overload your training based on your output and ability. You can either follow the weights given by your PT to really push yourself or simply use the exercises given to you to work your body optimally and completely in your comfort zone. Either way your PT will be right by your side keeping an eye on your progress.
