Wrist temperature readings can only be taken while Apple's Sleep schedule/mode, also known as Bed Time is activated. Readings are taken throughout the night and averaged. This app **cannot** provide instant on demand temperature readings due to Apple Limitations. You must have a "BedTime" or Sleep Schedule set up.
