The BPM Health dedicated App provides you with one simple and easy place to track and follow all of your workout data performed both with us in the studio and outdoors.
TIME IN INTENSITY: After each workout you will be able to see how much time you spent in your target Heart Rate Zone
OUTDOOR ACTIVITY: Keep track of your outdoor activities through the inbuilt GPS tracker within the App or automatically sync the data from your other devices and apps such as Apple Health, Fitbit, Garmin, Map My Fitness, My Fitness Pal, Polar, Run Keeper, Strava, Swimtag and Withings.
BODY MEASUREMENTS: keep track of your measurements from our body composition scanner and check your progress over time.
FUN: join the challenges organised in the studio, train and improve your challenge ranking in real time.

- We have innovated the user interface of our training programs, with specific attention to tailored and featured programs. Thanks to the video exercises that have been integrated in a more effective way in your training program, you will feel more involved in the workout execution.
