100+ built in workouts ready to rock. After the initial setup of entering your FTP, just select a workout and press start. That's all there is to it!
We support Power, Slope and HR Based Workouts. Click the + or - button to increase or decrease the workout target power/slope or even HR Targets.
With virtual GPS Map enabled, your indoor speed is translated to real world values and a virtual GPS Map of your ride is plotted. Also, view your virtual progress as you transverse the route or climb up virtual slopes. Tap the screen to hide/unhide the map view. (Be sure to update your weight for more realistic climbing feel & enable VirtualGPS option).
Once your ride is finished, you can also get a screenshot of your workout with text of Speed/Dist/Time of workout and accompanying graph as well as user specified text saved automatically to your camera roll.
The Data Screen Layouts is also now user configurable and you can choose among ~40+ Data Fields to populate all 10 possible spots on your iPhone or iPad. (iPhone limited to 6 spots in landscape mode)
Automatically sync your workouts to Strava, Dropbox, Intervals.icu or Garmin Connect (setup with Settings Tab) as well as iTunes sharing of past workouts FIT/TCX/CSV files or email them to yourself.
Want more workouts? Just save it to the cloud and sync it directly to the app. Now you can Train Your Way and Break Free. (MRC/ERG/FIT/GPS/TCX format only). Outdoor FIT/GPX/TCX files can be converted into indoor Power or Slope Based workouts.
Connect with https://intervals.icu for calendaring, working planning and even view your weekly workout Load / Distance / Time and much more. We also support workout of the day (WOD) that is synced directly to the app from intervals.icu. Intervals.icu also has shared plans that integrate directly with the BreakAway App. Give it a whirl!

Standard power meters (tested on Favero Assioma and Team ZWATT) as well as Speed / Cadence / HR Sensors and CORE(tm) body temp sensor.
Note: There is NO ANT+ Support, only Bluetooth.

APPLE WATCH SUPPORT
We also support using the Apple Watch as the HR Sensor. By downloading the companion Apple Watch App For BreakAway: Indoor Training, you can chose to use the Apple Watch HR sensor and broadcast it's reading to the App instead of using a separate HRM / Chest Strap if desired. Note that for this functionality, the app will require permission to use Apple Health and it's associated APIs to obtain the HR data to be broadcasted.

Note: In-App-Purchase of Medals are non-transferable between devices and are non-restorable once application is deleted and reinstalled (https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT202023). Medals are required for for some workouts. App will contain ads to provide some revenue to be collected. Subscriptions will be an option in the near future for an ad-free experience.
