You can start tracking in minutes with our growing list of presets. Track your mental health with presets such as "General Mental Health", "Practice Positivity", "Depression", "Anxiety", and more. Or track your physical health with presets like "Meals", "Beginner's Workout", "Pain", "Medication", and others.

*Make it your own*
Do you need to track something unique to yourself? Brooklet is highly customizable and allows you to create your own streams of data, design your own graphs, and set your own goals.

You can track data in a bunch of different ways:
- Scale from 1 - 10
- Categories or Tags
- Numbers by day
- Numbers multiple times a Day
