Get involved with the Pollinator Project's bumblebee count in 2021.

Guernsey has six different species of bumblebee but unfortunately no records exist to tell us what the population and habitat of these bees are.

You can help us by logging bumblebees you spot in your garden or indeed anywhere on the island. With a better knowledge of our bumblebee populations, we can monitor if they are in decline and help them by restoring their natural habitats.

Bumblr will only use your location whilst it is running in the foreground and does not record any personal data when logging sighting location.

We've fixed a bug where the app would crash when trying to select a date.
You'll now find a counter for the number of sightings you've logged. Give it a click!

Apologies for the size of the app - we are working on reducing this in the next update.

Fixed an issue on some iPhone devices where the date picker on 'Submit a Sighting' had past dates which were invisible.

Trimmed final 5 - 6 seconds off of the 'How to Use This App' video which only displayed a black screen. Also added video controls so users can skip, pause, etc.

Some minor tweaks to UI of Submit a Sighting form.
