Just tell the app when you want to get to sleep and how sensitive you are to caffeine. Then, when logging your drinks the app will tell you exactly how much you can still drink safely to stay healthy and sleep well.
If you find that the caffeine still keeps you up, adjust your sleep caffeine tolerance. The app will then reduce your daily caffeine intake appropriately.
