If you want to study a foreign language or improve your level of knowledge of a foreign language, 'Capiamoci' will help you to do it in a new and effective way.

Starting from online articles, the Internet... prepares text files to study on.

Listen to the reading of each sentence with the voice you have chosen from those available in the language you are studying (27 languages at the time of release), changing if you want, the tone, speed and volume.

To check and thus improve your pronunciation, press the microphone button and read the sentence on the screen to perform the test.

You can practice for example on the lyrics of a song with all the tools of 'Capiamoci', you can then check what you have learned by pressing a dedicated button to listen to the song e.g. from YouTube, from the 'Amazon Music' app, 'Spotify' ...

You can also add to the Library, links to Audio and Video files (e.g. from APPs Podcast, YouTube...), spoken in the languages you are studying, thus organizing all these contents within 'Capiamoci', expanding the possibilities of listening and learning. These Audio/Video links will not take up space on your device, by playing them you will be redirected to YouTube, Podcast, Safari..., from there at any time you can return directly to 'Capiamoci'.

When studying a text you can mark the sentences you have difficulty with, as sentences to review. The next time you come back to that text, you can activate the study of all the sentences or only those to be reviewed.

If you do not add the translation in your texts, the text will automatically be divided into sentences based on punctuation or new lines, otherwise divide the text and the translation into single sentences (you will have two distinct editable fields to do this), doing so you can study sentence by sentence, using all the features of this APP that will allow you maximum control over the text.

You can manually move to the next or previous sentence, suspend the reading as well as repeat it, you can also set a delay between reading a sentence and the next one and between reading the text and its translation, all this and more in a simple and immediate way.

At any time you can decide whether or not to highlight each word while it is being read, whether to show or hide both the reading sentence and its translation, whether to show the sentence with the sound muted and hear it later with a simple touch, whether to stop the reading at the end of each sentence or whether to continue automatically with the next one.

Fill your library with texts created by you or exchanged with your friends, with links to Audio and Video files too, organize them as you prefer, at any time you can easily reorganize the Library by moving files and folders from one point to another of the same.

You can also build a Dictionary from the words contained in the sentences with translation.
On each sentence you can also perform an exercise that consists in ordering the single words that compose it.

• in a text in which several characters speak, you can assign to each one a specific Voice among the available ones, changing if you want, the speed and tone too
• in manual mode, after reading each sentence you can repeat as many times as you want the whole sentence or the single word you want to listen to again
• for 8 languages you can show the Latin alphabet transcription of the pronunciation (e.g. 'Pinyin' for Chinese)
• you can easily exchange files with your friends using AirDrop/WhatsApp/...
• you can make a backup of the whole library, of individual folders or files on iCloud
• you can easily send audio to a Bluetooth device from the 'Control Center' so you can listen to the reading on Bluetooth headsets or speakers
