Improved synchronization between audio and video.

Bug fixes. If feed had no posts on Followers screen, would show a blank white screen. Also, switching between Followers and For You feeds would not always stop the audio.

Fixed a bug when recording with the camera in the app. The camera video will start dark and then become brighter as you start recording. While this is still the case, previously the camera would capture the dark period in the video recording. Now, the camera starts recording video after the dark period. This results in a thumbnail that isn't dark and results in lower face detection failures, making it more likely for the video effect render to succeed.
