The higher you climb, the more points you earn
Collect yellow multipliers to gain points at a faster rate
Health regenerates slowly over time
Getting hit by a box reduces your multiplier

1) Getting struck by an obstacle reduces your multiplier by 1
2) Maximum obstacle spawn speed has been increased
3) Getting struck by an obstacle temporarily reduces the obstacle spawn speed
