Challenge Workouts provides you with a variety of challenge workouts and walks you through each workout. So if you are meant to hold a plank for 30 seconds then it counts down and lets you know when 30 seconds are done. Each exercise has a picture and a description to show you how to do the work. Challenges range from 15 days to 30 days. As you get further in challenges then the workout gets harder. You can repeat days and go back or forwards in the workout. Push your self to be where you want to be.
