Chisel N Stride takes the guess work out of determining whether you are getting fitter by using a science backed heart rate zone coaching approach in our stride zone classes and stride outdoor programme to prove to you that you are getting fitter. Once you form an account with us and become a member, download our app on your phone and apple watch so that you can monitor your cardiac intensity during your workout.
Our app enables you to monitor your heart rate, cardiac intensity, and calories burned in real time so that you can adjust your cardiac intensity to meet your training goals. Once your workout is done, you get a detailed overview of how many minutes you have spent in each heart rate zone, your average heart rate during your indoor stride zone class or stride outdoor workout. Your performance data from each workout is stored by training day on our app to enable you to track and monitor your fitness progress.
To use our app, all you need to do is purchase a Chisel N Stride heart rate strap and pair it to the strap. If you have an apple watch you can download our app to your watch (allow our app to access your apple health data).
If you are training for a race, Chisel N Stride’s coaches will upload a training programme and challenges for you to meet which you can see from your app. We will continue to monitor your progress from our end.
