Changed the Server configuration

We added the ability to register dancers directly in the app without having to use the web dashboard. We also add a new battle mode called "7 to smoke". In the "7 to smoke" mode the loser of the battle is not directly eliminated but has to go to the back of the queue. The winner gets a point and keeps battling the next person in the queue. This goes on until the organizer decides to stop the battle and declares the winner.
