(i) Raise awareness and understanding of the coaching client's/team member's self and how they may be perceived by others
(ii) Frame and ask great questions that will enlighten the coaching client
(iii) Understand the main ways to influence other people for great joint outcomes, using the E4™ Influence Styles model - EXPLAIN, EXERT, EXCITE, ENGAGE.

This app helps Coaches, Teachers... and those being coached... to gain that awareness and understanding. By applying the well-understood principles of Jungian psychology to learning.
