Наконец то нашла то что нужно. Те у кого более 1000 фоловеров знают как тяжело находить отписавшихся. Конечно есть платные программы которые это делают автоматически, а что делать тем кто все делает вручную?) рекомендую эту прогу для наведения порядка у себя в твиттере:)

Полезная вещь
Удобно смотреть как изменяются цифры followers. Для Инстаграма так это единственное подобное решение, что я встречал.
