From this version, the Instagram preview fetching is no longer supported, due to Facebook's new API restriction.

Adapted Twitter's new Direct Message API. This also brings in some limit. The new fetching API only returns data up to 30 days.
And add a new settings to turn off "Streaming on Wifi" feature, in case Twitter shut the streaming API down.
