Great news! We've added the most highly requested feature... Digipills will now keep playing even if you lock your device, or push the home button. The screen no-longer stays on whilst pills are playing, so no need to worry about leaving your device on charge.

Жаль, что приложение не переведено на русский, но атмосфера, музыка и голос нарратора сделали свое дело. В итоге чувствуешь себя намного бодрее и способным продолжить свою работу. Вот жаль, что не указывают, какой уровень громкости нужно установить, чтобы таблетка эффективно подействовала.

Приложение скачал сегодня прочитав о нем в интернете, любопытно. Так вот сама прога интуитивно понятная, так как я не владею английским. Про слушал одну бесплатную аудио таблетку, действительно расслабляет, хочу купить для сна и мотивирующую. В общем приложение норм.

Напишу подробно, раз других отзывов пока больше нет.
Начнем с минусов: 1) нет русского языка; 2) только одна запись бесплатная.
Теперь про мой опыт использования программы:
Сначала я слушала только эту самую бесплатную запись для релаксации перед сном. В принципе, многим ее вполне может быть достаточно. За все время мне только один раз удалось дослушать запись до конца, и даже в тот раз я только сонно заметила что запись закончилась, и сразу уснула. Очень помогало расслабиться на кануне важных встреч, когда не можешь заснуть от того, что мозг прокручивает варианты завтрашнего дня. Причем, по-началу, ты слушаешь, что говорит голос, тебе не хочется ни спать, ни расслабляться, ты просто лежишь, и даже иногда начинаешь переживать, что не можешь отпустить свои тревожные мысли. Но постепенно ты расслабляешься, и тебе становится спокойно и хорошо. Однажды, эта запись помогла заснуть мне, когда у меня сильно болела голова — выпитая таблетка еще не подействовала, и головная боль сильно мешала мне уснуть, но как только я услышала знакомую приятную музыку и этот успокаивающий голос, мне сразу сало легче, и я тогда очень быстро заснула. Слушаю обычно без наушников — т.к. очень неприятно потом на них спать.
Потом я купила еще несколько "таблеток" (но успела прослушать пока только две). Чтобы "таблетка" действовала эффективнее, нужно чаще ее слушать. Все они начинаются с расслабляющей части, а потом переходят к тому, для чего "прописаны":
Уверенность - очень понравилась. И успокаивает, и мотивирует, и придает спокойствия и уверенности.
Slim to thin - тоже приятная. Особых эффектов мне от нее не нужно, но поскольку я слишком люблю всякие сладости, включаю перед тем как съесть на ночь печенек например:) — потом их уже и не хочется.
Интерфейс у программы понятный и приятный. В общем, советую попробовать.
