Have you ever wanted to max out on an exercise, but are too worried you'll get injured? With Do One More, you can calculate your one rep max without having to do it. It helps with preventing injury, and helping with your strength gain goals. Simply enter a weight, and enter the amount of reps that you can do with that specific weight. Do One More will run your input through an algorithm, and give you an accurate estimate on what your one rep max would be. Once you're done, you can save the lift, and document your strength gain!
