Hellooooo wonderful Dockee fans!

We have some bug fixes and app improvements in this version:
* Simpler on-trip options (just slide up instead of tapping a button)
* Now you can opt-in to automatically transitioning to pick up AND drop off based on your location
* 3D press on the home icon to start a trip to your favorite places
* Electric bike filtering will now ALWAYS show you the nearest electric bike (even if it's very far away)
