+ Selected stone is and each played stone is now indicated
+ Cleaned up the help screen and other minor UI tweaks
+ Placing a stone can now be done by tapping anywhere near the location as well

+ In rare occasions, an AI would refuse to play any longer, or try to be funny and play twice in a row
+ Every now and then after starting a new game the app would hang
+ Stats would sometimes not update when switching difficulty level
