Если вам кажется, что вы знаете меру, очень возможно, это не так. Правда в том, что люди не очень понимают принципов умеренного потребления алкоголя.
DrinkControl позволяет вам отслеживать количество потребляемого вами алкоголя, например, стаканов, бутылок или пивных банок, и преобразует их в стандартные единицы алкоголя, даёт вам знать, когда вы превышаете лимиты умеренного потребления алкоголя (установленные Всемирной организации здравоохранения), а также сколько вы потратили на напитки и объем калорий, которые вы получили от алкоголя.

A change even if you didn’t expect it
Awesome app for anyone who’s even a little bit health-conscious. I wasn’t really looking for a meaningful change when I installed it, cause I’ve never been a heavy drinker. Just wanted to quantify yet another part of my life. Here I am 2 months later drinking about 30% less than when I started tracking. Even the basic free version is incredibly insightful - but I’m seriously considering getting the premium for a deeper dive into my habits.
P.S. The redesign with the latest version makes the app look fantastic!

Отличное приложение
Не сказать, что я алкоголик, наоборот выпиваю раз в неделю. И хочу это делать реже, но социальные связи тянут и заставляют пить. Теперь могу более тщательно контролировать количество выпитого и отказывать себе когда моя месячная норма привышена. Я думаю благодрая приложению стал действительно здоровее и счастливее!

Выпивая даже «немного» мы часто не можем адекватно оценивать когда и сколько мы выпили. Сколько за неделю, а сколько за месяц? Больше или меньше чем в прошлый. Поэтому и нужно это регистрировать. Тут это удобно реализовано! Пользуюсь больше года!

Одно из лучших, но…
Год назад задался целью дисциплинировать употребление алкоголя. Это приложение - лучшее, что нашел. Полгода успешно им пользовался! Спасибо разработчикам! Сейчас с братом сделали свое - Drinkology. Более современное и практичное. Например, можно выставлять собственные лимиты, желтую и красные зоны. Посмотрите его тоже! Может и Вам подойдёт.
