4. 自行訂立運動目標、選擇運動影片,隨時追蹤運動進度;
5. 詳盡的系統分析報告,了解體能狀況。
eFit program運作:
1. 透過e-Fit運動手帶,收集運動數據;
2. 利用此APP,隨時查看運動記錄;
3. 同步將運動數據上載至「e-Fit 7分鐘運動網站」(7minute.sportihealth.com),作更詳盡的記錄及分析;
4. 跟隨系統安排的「7分鐘運動」或自選動作,每天進行運動訓練。

This app may use your location even when it isn’t open, which can decrease device battery life.
Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
