On January 31, 2023, SHIMANO ID* became available in the following countries.
Brazil, Indonesia, Israel, Korea, Thailand, and Turkey
* Creating an account that can be used with SHIMANO applications will give you access to more features such as registering your bike information and sharing your data with other SHIMANO applications.

Pairing operation process of rear derailleur and dual control lever of some units cannot be completed, when the firmware version of ST-R9270 is lower than ver. 4.0.2.
* Connect the rear derailleur to the dual control lever with a cable and update the firmware, then perform paring.

Bug fixes the issue of current E-TUBE PROJECT for Tablet/Smartphone (Ver.3.4.3) for iOS that cannot proceed the connection with Bluetooth after iOS 13.
