Whether you come to fly or to watch, the official EAA Events app is a must-have for attendees who want the “World’s Greatest Aviation Celebration” at their fingertips!

EAA AirVenture Oshkosh is our flagship seven-day event, in July at Wittman Regional Airport in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, and is the ultimate celebration of aviation.

Features of the app include:

View, filter, and search EAA AirVenture events, attractions, guest services, destinations, workshops, speakers, and exhibitors.

Plan Your Visit & Build Your Itinerary

Browse the schedule of events and create your own personal day-by-day, hour-by-hour itinerary so that you don’t miss the events, activities, and exhibitors. Upon downloading the app, you’ll need to enter your name and email address, then respond to the email confirmation message. Then you’ll be able to build your itinerary on the EAA Events desktop portal and view or adjust your itinerary from your mobile device.

Notifications

Receive in-app notifications regarding activities, weather, and important schedule changes from the app home screen or main navigation menu. You’ll find the most up-to-date news and information and can even have your mobile device notify you when notifications are published in the app.

With the return to in-person events this update provides several new QR code based “contactless” features including digital business card exchange and session and exhibitor check in so you can connect and be more productive while minimizing physical contact with other attendees and printed materials.

This update also introduces a magically simplified login experience.

Other highlights include:

• Additional user-engagement features for exhibitors & speakers in the form of exhibitor videos, sponsor image-ad links, and increased fields for entering speaker social media profiles.

• Support for Session level permissions based on roles.

• Embedded videos for sessions and exhibitors.

• The ability for users to delete their account through the app in accordance with the new App Store Review Guidelines.
