EAST SIDE PILATES is a space for quality workouts based on the Pilates method. Specialising in private pilates and very small group classes (maximum 4), we aim to guide each client towards achieving his/her own fitness goals by providing individual attention and creating workouts that are most effective for each unique body.
To help us achieve that, we have 4 Balanced Body Allegro 2 Reformers and Tower of Power, as well as a range of essential props and equipment.
