Знакома с этой онлайн школой примерно с 2012-2013 г.Занималась не постоянно весь этот период. В какой-то момент забросила, через года 4 вернулась. Они тогда стали продавать курс сразу на год, их менеджеры просто вынесли мне мозг своими звонками и я забросила занятия. (Активно звонили и рекомендовали записываться на индивидуальные занятия с преподавателем ).
Они уже несколько раз меняли наполненность курсов. Могу смело сказать, что приложение сейчас кардинально отличается от того, что было в 2012-2013 гг. Раньше было больше заданий и уроков. С каждым разом наполненность уменьшается и обучение становится более поверхностным, видимо для того, чтобы стимулировать клиентов заниматься индивидуально с преподавателями.

Уже несколько дней пишет «ой, при загрузке страницы произошла ошибка», не могу заниматься

Очень плохо
Списали деньги с карты при наличии корпоративного тарифа. На неоднократные обращения не реагируют. Ответ на дают. Связываются только на первом этапе в момент привлечения клиента.

Выбор языка
Не переключает в настройках на русский язык. Пишет что ошибка, попробуйте ещё раз. До этого в андройде такой проблемы не было.

После недели Не стал оформлять платную подписку!
1 ноября списали 2500 р
В приложении нельзя отменить подписку, еле дозвонился! Вернули деньги и сказали что все отключили.
1 декабря сняли 2500 (я упустил этот момент)
1 января ещё 2500 сняли!
Начал звонить - трубку не брали три дня!
Набрал с телефона жены - ТУТ ЖЕ ОТВЕТИЛИ!
Тк были записи разговоров с ними удалось убедить вернуть деньги!
После недели Не стал оформлять платную подписку!

Нет подписки в App Store. 500 рублей каждый месяц списывает. А приложение даже не открывается. Я за что плачу? Как отписаться?

Отличное приложение
Раньше учился в школе, но теперь с подпиской. Гораздо удобнее, чем раньше учиться и оплачивать ежемесячно. Плюс стало более понятно что и за чем делать, чтобы было эффективным обучение. Короче, мне нравится очень, на год минимум я с вами.

Отличнее приложение
Пользовалась разными приложениями для изучения языка, но это самое понятное и включает в себя не только много практики в интерактивных заданиях, но у них ещё есть и классы для общения с учителями в любое удобное время.
