Overload Warning for Motorized users

There's still a bug for the motorized version when calculating Power in the concentric phase, so it overstates this and correspondingly the overload % (which should be positive)

New user interface

Removes 5% overload while new firmware fixes a bug

Change to motorised boost limits from 0-80%, in increments of 5%
