EyeOpener is a simple app to help you expand your peripheral vision field. When we work on a computer or read a book, quite often we tend to concentrate too much on a tiny area in our vision field. This creates tension in our mind and in the muscles in our eyes and neck. This app is designed to reduce this tension.
Place your phone within your hand's reach, tap the start button and start working on the computer or reading. After a while the app will show you a moving white bar that you need to detect using your peripheral vision. When you detect the movement, tap the screen of your phone to start a new cycle.
You may feel distracted at first. That's ok. Your brain needs time to adjust to this new way of seeing. After some practice you will find this way of working and reading much more dynamic and comfortable.

Available settings:
- minimum and maximum cycle length
- reaction time (how much time you need to react to the movement before the app reminds you with the sound or vibration)
- animation speed
